An exceptionally accomplished Oregon wrestler, Coach Lister is a four-time state champion, national champion, and multi-time All-American. A Hood River native and HRVHS alum, she now gives back to the community as both a teacher and coach. Her approach blends technical precision with steady, supportive leadership, instilling confidence, accountability, and pride in every wrestler who steps on the mat.

Beyond competition, Coach Lister is a driving force in the growth of girls’ wrestling across the Gorge. She’s passionate about creating opportunities for young women to compete, lead, and redefine what’s possible in the sport, all while building a culture rooted in respect, effort, and teamwork.
